Note: since August 2016, eduGAIN provides an [overview of the Identity Provider opt-in rate](https://technical.edugain.org/isFederatedCheck/Federations/) per country. We use this to decide wether to use the Service Provider Federation or eduGAIN to provide access to the CLARIN Service Providers.
