A DOI exists of 2 parts:

- a prefix (e.g. _10.5281)_
- a suffix (e.g. _zenodo.1639549_)

The official way of refering to a handle is:

doi: + _prefix_ + / + _suffix_

e.g.:

doi:10.5281/zenodo.1639549

To resolve such a handle (=make it a clickable link that redirects to the resource itself) use the following formula:

e.g.: [Tour de CLARIN Volume One](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1639549)
