After the CLARIN account is approved, you are guaranteed to have access to all CLARIN SPF services. Though an universal answer cannot be given for all resources, as they are provided by different institutions and have difference access requirements, e.g. requiring the user to accept extra terms and/or licenses.
So the only answer is: to test if you have access to a certain resource you must try to access that one resource.
