Collecting examples of Data Management Plans in CLARIN

Dear all,

I am collecting examples of Data Management Plans templates created specifically for the compilation, sharing and depositing of language resources in a CLARIN repository.

As an example, please see the template developed by Text+: https://text-plus.org/en/themen-dokumentation/files/2024-10-23_Textplus_RDMO-Katalog_Formular_en.pdf.

Please share if you have other examples from your national consortia or CLARIN centre.

Thank you,

Iulianna

I’ve asked our DPO but she’s on holidays. I’ll post an update here when she gets back!

Hi Iulianna,

not exactly sure what you are looking for but maybe have a look at:
* Data Management Plan - STEMCo v1.2.0 (Data Management Plan - STEMCo v1.2.0)

it targets our Eurac Research CLARIN Centre (ERCC), TalkBank and a dedicated website… the (ethnographic) data has been collected as part of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action:
”Toward Education in Multilingual Contexts (STEMCo) transforms findings from
ethnographic engagement with multilingual school communities into research-driven and
policy-informed teacher-education materials. Ten months of ethnographic and participatory
action research in middle schools—one in South Tyrol, a historically multilingual context, and
the other in Veneto”

@BramVanroy Any news about this topic? Thank you:).

Hello Iulianna

Unfortunately we do not have an extensive DMP at the moment, though we have some scattered documents that our DPO is in the process of unifying into a DMP. So nothing to share just yet!

Bram

Thank you for letting me know, Bram. Please email me at training@clarin.eu in case you want to share any challenges you encounter in the process.

Also, see the examples shared in this thread, they may be useful.

Best,

iulianna
